- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 8 cups ripe watermelon cubed
Combine water, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan; stir on low heat until sugar dissolves.

Puree cubed watermelon until smooth.
Strain the puree through a fine sieve into a bowl.
