  • 2 tbsp 20g raisins, chopped dates, or mini dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp nut butter or seed butter

Instructions
 

Preheat and Prep

  • I preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup of this wholesome cookie treat.

Mash and Mix

  • In a large bowl, I mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth, then stir in 2 tbsp melted coconut oil and ½ tsp vanilla extract for a moist oatmeal toddler snack.

Add Dry Ingredients

  • I mix in 1 cup rolled oats, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp flaxseed (if using), and optional add-ins like ¼ cup chopped apples or 2 tbsp raisins for a flavorful kid-friendly breakfast bite.

Scoop and Shape
