Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or any plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract if using.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a few ice cubes and blend again if a thicker texture is desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
