- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or any plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
- Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie
- Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender. 
- Add honey and vanilla extract if using. 
- Blend until smooth and creamy. 
- Add a few ice cubes and blend again if a thicker texture is desired. 
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
