Spicy Ricotta Dip with Hot Honey is a quick, flavorful appetizer that’s perfect for any gathering. This creamy ricotta appetizer blends sweet, spicy, and savory notes for a crowd-pleasing dish.
In a food processor, I combine 2 cups ricotta, zest and juice from ½ lemon, ¼ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. I blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy, then spread into a shallow serving bowl.
Prepare Hot Honey
In a small bowl, I mix ¼ cup honey, 1 tsp hot sauce, and ½ tsp chili flakes until fully combined.
Assemble Dip
I drizzle the hot honey mixture over the ricotta, then sprinkle with ¼ cup chopped walnuts and 1–2 tsp chopped rosemary.
