Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 475g whole milk ricotta cheese
  • Zest and juice from ½ lemon about 1 tbsp juice
  • ¼ tsp 1g fine sea salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp 15ml olive oil
  • ¼ cup 60ml runny honey
  • 1 tsp 5ml hot sauce (e.g., sriracha or Frank’s)
  • ½ tsp 1g crushed chili flakes
  • 1 –2 tsp 2–4g freshly chopped rosemary
  • ¼ cup 30g chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

Blend Ricotta Mixture

  • In a food processor, I combine 2 cups ricotta, zest and juice from ½ lemon, ¼ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. I blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy, then spread into a shallow serving bowl.

Prepare Hot Honey

  • In a small bowl, I mix ¼ cup honey, 1 tsp hot sauce, and ½ tsp chili flakes until fully combined.

Assemble Dip

  • I drizzle the hot honey mixture over the ricotta, then sprinkle with ¼ cup chopped walnuts and 1–2 tsp chopped rosemary.

Serve

  • I serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies like cucumber and bell peppers.
