Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9×9 or similar size).
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
