Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients listed on the box
  • 1 cup Rolos unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Brownie Mix: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box.
  • Add Rolos: Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle the unwrapped Rolos evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Rolos.
  • Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake according to the time specified on the brownie mix box, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool and Drizzle: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan. If desired, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cooled brownies.
  • Cut and Serve: Cut the brownies into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For extra gooey brownies, slightly underbake them.
  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for a delicious dessert.
  • Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
