- 1 tbsp 15ml honey (optional)
- ½ cup 75g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ cup 75g fresh mandarin orange segments
- ½ cup 75g fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ cup 75g fresh kiwi, peeled and diced
- ½ cup 75g fresh blueberries
- ½ cup 75g fresh red grapes, halved
- ½ cup 60g granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Prep the Fruits
I rinse all fruits, then hull and slice ½ cup strawberries, segment ½ cup mandarins, chop ½ cup pineapple, peel and dice ½ cup kiwi, halve ½ cup grapes, and keep ½ cup blueberries whole. I cut pieces to similar sizes for even, vibrant layers in this layered yogurt treat.
Layer the Parfait
In 4 clear glasses, I spoon a layer of yogurt, followed by strawberries. I add a thin yogurt layer, then mandarin segments, continuing with yogurt, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, and grapes, alternating to fill each glass for a colorful Colorful Yogurt Dessert.
