In a small saucepan, I combine ¾ cup water, ⅓ cup coconut milk, ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1–2 tsp maple syrup, whisking over medium heat until smooth and warm (not boiling) for a flavorful spiced green tea latte.
Prepare the Matcha
In a small bowl, I whisk ½–¾ tsp matcha powder with 1 tbsp hot water (under 175°F) until smooth and clump-free, ensuring a vibrant autumn matcha latte.
