Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets

Seasonings:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Finishing Touches:

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Add Cheese: Add the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat well.
  • Roast Cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.
  • Finish and Serve: Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • These bites are also delicious dipped in marinara or ranch dressing.
