- 2 lb 900g chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp 15ml olive oil
- 1 tsp 3g garlic powder
- 1 tsp 3g onion powder
- 1 tsp 3g paprika
- 1 tsp 6g salt
- ½ tsp 1g black pepper
- ½ cup 120ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp 15ml lemon juice
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Prep and Sear
I set the Instant Pot to sauté and heat 1 tbsp olive oil for 1 minute. I season 2 lb chicken fillets with 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper, coating evenly. I sear the chicken in the pot for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Pressure Cook
I close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes. After cooking, I let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure carefully.
