Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup 50g sliced pepperoni
  • ½ tsp 1g Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ¼ tsp 0.5g garlic powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • I preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even baking and a golden crunch.

Prepare Baking Sheet

  • I line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Mix Cheese and Seasoning

  • In a medium bowl, I combine 1 cup shredded mozzarella, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, and ¼ tsp garlic powder, mixing well for even flavor.

Shape Crisps

  • Using a tablespoon, I scoop small portions of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart to allow spreading. I top each with a slice of pepperoni.

Bake and Cool

  • I bake for 10–15 minutes until the edges are golden and bubbly. I let the crisps cool on the sheet for 5 minutes to crisp up, then transfer to a plate with a spatula.
