- 20 Oreo cookies
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening optional, for smoother melting
- Sprinkles or toppings optional
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted and smooth. Add coconut oil if using.
Dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate using a fork, coating completely.
Let excess chocolate drip off, then place the Oreo on the prepared baking sheet.
Decorate with sprinkles or other toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
