Juicy Air Fryer Steak Bites are a quick, flavorful treat that’s perfect for any occasion. These crispy steak bites are easy to make and endlessly versatile.
I trim excess fat from 1 lb steak and cut it into 1-inch cubes for bite-sized crispy steak bites.
Season the Steak
In a mixing bowl, I toss the steak cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp smoked paprika (if using) until evenly coated for flavorful air-fried steak nuggets.
Preheat the Air Fryer
I preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes to ensure even cooking of these savory steak bites.
Cook the Steak Bites
I place the seasoned steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if needed. I air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway for even searing. For medium-rare, I aim for 130°F (54°C); for medium, 140°F (60°C), using a meat thermometer if desired, for perfect Juicy Air Fryer Steak Bites.
Rest and Serve
I remove the steak bites and let them rest for 2–3 minutes to lock in juices. I garnish with chopped parsley and serve these air-fried steak nuggets hot.
