Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs/680g)
  • 2 tbsp 30ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp 3g fresh parsley or thyme, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken

  • I pat 4 chicken breasts dry with paper towels and trim any fat. If needed, I pound to even thickness for uniform cooking in this air fryer chicken.
