- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 –5 jalapeños seeded and diced
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
- Butter or oil for cooking
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and chopped cilantro.
