Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies regular or Halloween-themed
  • 8 oz 226g cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz 340g candy melts or white chocolate chips (orange, black, green, or white)
  • Candy eyes sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips for decoration
  • Gel food coloring optional
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

Crush Oreos

  • I pulse 36 Oreos in a food processor until finely crumbled or crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin for a smooth festive no-bake dessert base.

Mix with Cream Cheese

  • I transfer crumbs to a bowl, add 8 oz softened cream cheese, and mix (or use clean hands) until a uniform dough forms for creamy no-bake Halloween treats.

Shape and Chill

  • I scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. I freeze for 20 minutes to firm up for perfect spooky dessert bites.

Dip and Decorate

  • I melt 12 oz candy melts in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. I dip each chilled ball using a fork, shake off excess, and place on parchment. I decorate immediately with candy eyes, sprinkles, or gel icing for vibrant festive no-bake desserts, then let them harden.
  • Serve
  • I store in the fridge until ready to serve, chilling these no-bake Halloween treats for freshness.

Notes

  • Chill balls thoroughly before dipping to prevent crumbs.
  • Add a bit of coconut oil to white chocolate for smoother dipping.
  • Store decorated balls in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze undecorated for up to 3 months.
  • Use cupcake liners and cold packs when packing for school events.
  • Let kids help decorate with eyes, sprinkles, and colored chocolate for extra fun
