- 2 medium zucchinis sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
