Base:
- 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- ½ cup 100g packed brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp 30ml olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme optional
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 tbsp 15ml honey
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp rosemary or Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp 15ml soy sauce
Make Glaze
