Ingredients
For the Cake:

- 1 ¼ cups 300ml water
- ½ cup 120ml vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs

- 1 box 3.9 oz / 110g instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups 480ml whole milk
- 2 cups 340g semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Prepare the Slow Cooker
- I coat a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy serving of this molten chocolate dessert.
Mix the Cake Batter
- In a large bowl, I combine 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 ¼ cups water, ½ cup vegetable oil, and 3 eggs, whisking or beating until smooth and glossy for this slow cooker lava cake.
