Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed

Brie Cheese:

  • 8 ounces Brie cheese cut into small cubes

Cranberry Sauce:

  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Nuts:

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Honey (optional):

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Fresh Rosemary (optional):

  • Finely chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet into a 12×12-inch square on a floured surface. Cut into 24 equal squares and press into the mini muffin tin.
  • Add Ingredients: Place a cube of Brie cheese in each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce and nuts.
  • Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Finish: Drizzle with honey, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Best served fresh, can be prepared ahead and warmed before serving.
