Riced Cauliflower:
- 4 cups riced cauliflower fresh or frozen
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional
Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced onion for about 3 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
