Ingredients

For the Wrap:

  • 1 medium steak 6–8 oz / 170–225g, ribeye, sirloin, or flank
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Additions:

  • 1 oz 28g shredded cheese
  • 2 slices avocado
  • Chili flakes or smoked paprika

Instructions

Cook the Steak

  • I season a 6–8 oz steak with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, I add 1 tbsp butter or ghee (if using) and sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on doneness. I let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly for this keto steak roll.

Make the Egg Wrap

  • I whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, I pour the eggs, swirling to coat evenly. I cook for 1–2 minutes until set, then slide onto a plate for this high-protein egg wrap.

Assemble and Serve

  • I place the sliced steak in the center of the egg wrap, adding optional cheese or avocado. I roll or fold it into a wrap and serve hot for a delicious low-carb steak wrap.

Notes

  • Rest steak before slicing for juicier results.
  • Use a non-stick skillet to make the egg easier to handle.
  • Cook eggs gently on medium heat to avoid browning.
  • Thinly slice steak to make wrapping easier.
