Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces Salted Caramel Candy Melts 2 cups
  • 16 ounces Vibrant Green Candy Melts 2 cups
  • 2 14- ounce cans Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 ¾ cups each
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Green Apple Candy Flavoring

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the salted caramel candy melts and one can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth.
  • Pour the caramel mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine the green candy melts and the second can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave as before, stirring until smooth. Stir in the green apple flavoring.
  • Pour the green apple mixture over the caramel layer. Spread evenly.
  • Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

  • For best results, use high-quality candy melts for a smooth texture.
  • Adjust the amount of green apple flavoring based on your preference for tartness.
