  • 3 cups 720ml cold water
  • 1/2 cup 120ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup 250g fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup 50g granulated sugar, adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Lemon slices and pineapple wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, fresh lemon juice, pineapple chunks, and sugar.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  • Pour the lemonade into a pitcher filled with ice cubes and stir. Alternatively, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with lemon slices and pineapple wedges.

Notes

  • Use fresh pineapple for best flavor, though canned works in a pinch.
  • For a creamier texture, blend longer to fully incorporate the fruit.
  • Keep chilled or serve over ice to maintain a refreshing temperature.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before serving.
