Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt whole fat, low fat, or fat free
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup adjusted to taste
  • 1 pear quartered and seeded
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

Prepare the Ingredients

  • I quarter and seed 1 ripe pear, ensuring it’s soft for easy blending. I measure out 2 cups frozen blueberries, ½ cup cold water, 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt, and 1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.

Blend the Smoothie

  • In a high-powered blender, I combine the cold water, Greek yogurt, honey or agave, pear, and frozen blueberries. I blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the Blueberry Pear Smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.

Serve

  • I pour the smoothie into two glasses or jars and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor, perfect for a Healthy Fruit Smoothie experience.
