Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
I quarter and seed 1 ripe pear, ensuring it’s soft for easy blending. I measure out 2 cups frozen blueberries, ½ cup cold water, 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt, and 1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.
Blend the Smoothie
In a high-powered blender, I combine the cold water, Greek yogurt, honey or agave, pear, and frozen blueberries. I blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the Blueberry Pear Smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
