  • 2-3 pounds yellow baby potatoes
  • ▢4 tablespoons butter
  • ▢1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ▢1 tablespoons minced chives
  • ▢1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • ▢1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • ▢1 teaspoon salt
  • ▢1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, wash the baby potatoes. If they are larger, slice them in half; if they are bite-sized, leave them whole.
  • Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook until they are fork-tender, about 14–18 minutes.
