Ingredients

  • 2 cups 300g ripe strawberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 ¼ cups 300g vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup 60ml plain almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup 60ml pure honey

Instructions

Blend Berries

  • I pulse 2 cups strawberries in a food processor until 80% blended, leaving small bits for texture in these frozen yogurt pops.

Mix Yogurt Blend

  • I add 1 ¼ cups vanilla Greek yogurt, ¼ cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and ¼ cup honey to the berries, blending until smooth. For a silky Healthy Summer Snack, I strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.

Fill Tubes

  • Using a funnel, I pour the mixture into plastic yogurt tubes, leaving ½ inch at the top for expansion. I seal tightly to prevent leaks for these fruity yogurt treats.

Freeze

  • I lay the tubes flat on a baking sheet and freeze for 3–6 hours until solid, ensuring even freezing for perfect Berry Frozen Yogurt Tubes.

Serve

  • I let the tubes thaw for 5–10 minutes before serving, softening them for a delightful Healthy Summer Snack.
