Graham Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2 medium
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans toasted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
Topping:
