Mix the Meat

  • In a large bowl, I combine 1.5 lb ground turkey, 1 egg, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp rosemary, and 1 tsp thyme. I gently mix with my hands to blend spices for tender Juicy Turkey Patties, avoiding overworking.

Shape the Patties

  • I divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form ½-inch thick patties. I place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing evenly for Baked Turkey Burgers.

Bake the Burgers
