- ½ cup 120g plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup 120ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ¼ cup 20g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp 16g almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 tbsp 15ml honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup 120g ice cubes
Load the Blender
I place the apple chunks in the blender, followed by ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup oats, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp honey, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, and ½ cup ice cubes for a smooth, frothy apple pie smoothie.
Blend to Perfection
