- 2 chicken fillets about 1 lb/450g, trimmed
- 2 tbsp 30ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp 30ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp 8g chili powder
- 1 tsp 3g garlic powder
- 1 tsp 3g onion powder
- 1 tsp 3g cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Make Marinade
In a medium bowl, I whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
Cook Chicken
